The Juvenile Substance Abuse Outpatient Program is an integral part of the continuum of care offered by DISC Village, Inc. Specializing in the treatment of chemical use and abuse, we offer comprehensive outpatient and case management services to concerned individuals and their families.

Outpatient services are provided by trained professionals experienced in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of chemically abused or dependent individuals and their families. We are committed to prevention, intervention and quality treatment directed toward long term recovery.

Admission can be voluntary or court ordered for adolescents seeking treatment for chemical dependence or related issues.
