We provide primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, immunizations, chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure and other ongoing health issues), smoking cessation, substance abuse counseling, case management, on-site pharmacy, 340-B reduce cost pharmacy program specialty care, dental and eye care.
We have convenient evening and weekend hours. Neighborhood Medical Center has been helping our community to feel its best for over 40 years.
